Conversational hypnosis
The hypnosis I practice is conversational, meaning that you will have an active role in the session, and we will be in constant conversation.
I guide you in exploring your unconscious, searching for the areas where your blockages are, whether they are physical, energetic, emotional, or mental. You will maintain control throughout the session, allowing you to navigate your unconscious safely. We will avoid reactivating the pain associated with trauma by taking control of the autonomous nervous system.
Why hypnosis?
Do you feel like something in life is holding you back? Everything seems fine, but you lack self-confidence, feel an inner emptiness, or struggle with dependencies, unexplained sadness, or uncontrollable anger? In hypnosis, we will explore the stories of your past life (whether current or karmic) and change the underlying causes of your discomfort.

I am committed to awakening the buried resources within you, so you can reclaim your full power and creativity. I believe that I cannot know what is best for you; only you truly know what you need. I will guide you with an open heart, but the therapeutic process will unfold in co-creation with you. I will continuously adapt to your unique experience to help bring forth the imagination that resonates with you.
